1970 WC Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

Welcome to the 1970 WC platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between 1970 WC and all its users. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms.

Each user is permitted to register only one account on 1970 WC. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.

You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration. If an account is created using false or incorrect details, 1970 WC reserves the right to close that account and forfeit its balance at any time.

• The name, date of birth, and mobile number provided at registration must be accurate.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and confidential.
• Account access must not be shared with any third party.
• Any unusual activity detected on your account should be reported to support immediately.
• Each account is for personal use only — use for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

1970 WC is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is completely prohibited. If a user is found to be underage, their account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.

The following individuals are not eligible to use 1970 WC:

• Anyone under the age of 18.
• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Individuals previously banned by 1970 WC.
• Members registered on the voluntary self-exclusion list.

1970 WC follows a strict age verification process to protect minors. Parents and guardians are encouraged to restrict access to gaming sites on their children's devices.

1970 WC supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300.
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time.
• The maximum stake per bet placed with bonus funds is ৳200.

All betting activity on 1970 WC — including Sports Betting and casino games — is governed by the following general rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a technical issue causes a bet to remain incomplete, that bet will be considered void.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be refunded.
• 1970 WC's decisions regarding odds changes in live betting are final.
• 1970 WC reserves the right to void any winnings that arise from a system error or display glitch.
• Any evidence of match-fixing or collusion in betting will result in the forfeiture of all winnings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1970 WC and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Use of bots, scripts, or automation software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the betting system.
• Harassing other users or staff.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

1970 WC reserves the right to take all available legal action against anyone who violates this prohibition.

1970 WC may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Incomplete KYC verification.
• Suspicious or unusual transactions.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Before an account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance — though this may not apply in cases of rule violations.

• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device.

• Any loss resulting from a user voluntarily sharing their account password with another person.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government directives, and similar circumstances.

However, if a platform error directly causes a financial loss for a user, reasonable compensation will be provided following an investigation.

1970 WC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms & Conditions are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please request account closure.
